Today was interesting, for sure. Compared to Day 2, I definitely wasn't as tired, and I didn't get any painful headaches. I did seem a bit dehydrated towards the end, but all in all less head rushes, less discomfort, and for the most part, at-least in the beginning, less hunger. I also experimented with working out in this fast state- nothing too major, just some light lifting and cardio. Interestingly enough I seemed to have more energy after the workout, not less, but only after I did cardio.
Towards the end of day, that's when things got a bit tough. I had incredible hunger cravings. I was really
close to breaking my fast with a cracker, but I managed to resist chomping on the thing...though I did go through an interesting ordeal before-hand:

I was aroused, not gonna lie. |
It knew what I wanted.
I did some weird stuff at this stage.
I grabbed a single cracker and lightly nibbled on the edges. As I began to slowly and sensually nibble on the edge of the cracker, a vision came to my head that told me that If I'm gonna play this game, I'm gonna play it my way ↓

I took a medium sized chomp and immediately spit it out, forsaking it of all its concepts and ideals! |
Doing this, I managed to alleviate a lot of the tension and stress, even though I didn't actually swallow any large bits. It seems a lot of the time the temptation is more on just chomping on something, rather than eating it.
As you could obviously tell, I was hungry as hell haha. Never hang around food when fasting, that's for sure 😄
I decided to modify my fast and include half a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder in my beverages, as well as a little bit of cinnamon. 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder has 12 calories, so half a teaspoon would be about 2 to 3 (i.e nothing.) Same with cinnamon, which has 6 calories per teaspoon.
Since it takes about 50 calories to break a fast, I figured this is a nice way to add variety to my beverages as well as help me get through the fast. I got a little bored of just drinking tea all day, so I sometimes switch it up like this.
What's most surprising is that though it ends up being such a small amount of powder from both spices, the flavor it adds is incredible, and if added together the caloric content would probably just be 8-10 at most. I also like to add a little bit of instant coffee in the mix as well, just enough act as a filler.
It's all going well everybody. Just 4 days left. 4 days. I know I can do it. And for anyone reading this who is doubting whether they can do it, you can do it to.
