I've begun my 7 day water fast and have currently reached 24 hours.
In this fast I'll be consuming nothing but water, green and black tea, and perhaps coffee.
My reasons for undergoing on this fast are both twofold spiritual and physical. I'm doing my best to not let my physical goals outweigh the spiritual goals, but I'd be lying if I said I had no physical goals, thus so it is.
Prior to this fast, I'd been experimenting with intermittent fasting and had previously reached up to 22 hours. This marks the first time I've begun a longer fast.
Earlier in the morning I had a dream where I broke my fast. It's funny, because when I woke up it took me a while to realize that I didn't actually eat, haha. If anyone is curious, I ate Armenian Dolma, which are grape-leaves wrapped with rice and meat.
Other than that, I've had a slight dip in my energy levels, but my hunger pangs haven't been too bad. There
